I’m Addy, and after a decade of riding the unstable wave of agency life, I pivoted to helping founder-led businesses grow & show up online.

Those companies didn't need me. I was just a number. The businesses that actually needed me were the gritty, hungry small businesses that just weren't sure where to start.

Now, I serve as a collaborative creative director and strategic designer, helping founders get grounded in their businesses, stand out with confidence, and grow without the spiral.
