Nestled between Second and Third Avenues, this timeless property features high-end details and amenities, in one of New York’s most iconic neighborhoods.

A residential property in the portfolio of Abode Residential needed a fresh logo and brand identity. Leveraging neutral color palettes and crisp layouts, a modern approach was taking to showcase this prewar building’s residential amenities and accompanying assets.

Working with a real estate boutique agency, my job consisted of sketching out new logo concepts for the property that worked within the Abode Residential portfolio, as well as designing general marketing material for onsite tours and established residents.

'Trendy living in the Upper East Side' focuses on positioning the property as a quiet luxury within a highly desired location in Manhattan. Through a clean minimalist logo and thoughtful typography, the identity reinforces a sense of permanence, livability, and modern elegance.
